To get started, we both enter into an Agency Agreement that appoints us as your agent for selling your certificates. This sets out the responsibilities of both parties, the payment terms and the charges we make. This agreement does not require you to sell your certificates exclusively through e-POWER, nor to put your certificates in every auction.
Having read the Agency Agreement, send a completed and signed copy of the signature page to e-POWER no later than five days before the date of the first auction in which you wish to sell your certificates. A countersigned copy will be returned to you. Once signed, the Agency Agreement is “evergreen”, so we have the arrangements in place for whenever you wish to sell your ROCs or REGOs.
